Pickleball in Bhutan
Play Pickleball with monks and nuns at the highest elevation on Earth....
In September 2023, Pickleball was launched in Bhutan. Sonam Choden, owner of Bhutan Sublime was the Tour Guide for the first group of US Pickleball volunteers and has been the guide, and on-the-ground coordinator for all Pickleball players and coaches since then. We work closely with US non-profit Bhutan Cultural Exchange to coordinate development of Pickleball in Bhutan at monasteries, nunneries and schools.
We can arrange for exclusive tours focused on playing Pickleball with monks and nuns at the three court sports complex at Woochu Sports Arena in Paro, and at monasteries, and nunneries located at some of the highest elevations on earth where Pickleball is played.
